The Perfect Afternoon Pick-Me-Up!
Time for an afternoon pick-me-up! Do you ever experience that afternoon lull? Whenever I do, I usually reach for a @justaddwaterinc packet 💧for a caffeine-free energy boost, or I’ll have a matcha latte if I’m craving something warm and toasty.
Here’s my easy recipe below:
1 1/2 tsp of matcha powder (I use organic ceremonial grade)
1 TB warm water 🍵1 1/2 C hot/very warm nut milk (I use fresh pressed & organic)
Dash of cinnamon (to taste)
Pinch of stevia or preferred sweetener (to taste)
Gently sift the matcha into a cup.
Add the TB of water and whisk or blend until no lumps or a light creamy froth.
Add stevia or sweetener and cinnamon.
Whisk in the warmed nut milk.
1 TB of coconut butter
1/4 tsp of maca
1 small scoop of vegan or regular collagen
